I personally have no experience with them nor know anyone to help provide real input on the topic. But I would suggest listening to your gut and I believe there is a reason you posted this. Seems it may be too good to be true based on their requirements/loan programs.

Never trust a site that looks like it was created on a $40 budget in a 2-hour time frame. Also, their range of what they lend on looks sketchy.

You can't even tell what industry they are truly devoted to.

Not to mention, their qualifications are laughable. If you make $27k/yr, have a 650 score, you're approved for 100% financing? lol. So basically someone stocking shelves can own properties with no money down.
