New to real estate and about to start
Hello, I’m new to investing and I been saving up. Have enough to start small and I was thinking about starting with a single family home because that’s all I can afford right now. If anyone has any tips or tricks or advise for single family homes investing please message me or comment cause I’m a little nervous to get started.
