Affordable Housing?!! Low/ Moderate Low income housing
Hey BP family! SOooooo I've been digging deeper into low income affordable housing and doing developments in the city of Lake Elsinore. I currently have a 13 unit project underway but wanted to know my BP fam's opinion/ advice on the topic. To me the most important thing is going to come down to tenant screening but wonder what other tid bits everyone may have. Any advice is helpful and greatly appreciated!
