Hello All

I am just starting out in real estate. What are your thoughts on long distance REI? Would it be better to get a few deals under my belt locally first and then explore long distance?

@Austin Kessler out of state investing can work fine, but in my opinion, I don't recommend it unless you are willing to travel there and do some on-site due dilligence first. The more YOU know about the market, and not just relying on someone else to tell you, the better an OOS investor you will be.
