House hack $1M Property
How's it going everybody, I got this idea that I want to house hack a $800k home. It's in Texas so there's lots of land on the property to add value wether it's an ADU or something of the sort so what steps would you guys take in order to be able to house hack it or be able to show the bank you can offset some of the mortgage payments with future rent income. Thank you!
