Going on my first investor trip to PHX - tips?

Aloha! I'm so excited to join the BP community :) I'm going on my very first investor trip to Phoenix, AZ for a long weekend in February with the Addicted to ROI Inner Circle.

I don't have any properties yet and feel like I've been in analysis paralysis, but also battling with every other investor since I don't have a lot of capital.

For my first investor trip, what questions should I make sure I'm asking? How can I best prepare to make the most of the group's time? Has anyone been on a trip with Addicted to ROI before?

@Account Closed you won't like my advice. I would avoid spending money on travel or training without having your first deal. You said you don't have a lot of capital, so spending money on this trip cuts into money you could use for investing. The problem with these training programs is they are an advertisement for more training or mentoring. This is how they make their money, but roping people in and getting them to open their pocket books once they are there. If the training doesn't yield results, they just say "had you applied what you learned, you would have been successful".

There is only one lesson to learn here. Taking action is the secret to success. You don't need training, you need to take a leap of faith an buy a property.

Also be aware that real estate education is not a tax deduction, until after you purchase your first property. That is all the more reason to do a deal before you spend more money.
