Investment down payment assistance
Hi, I'm new to investing. I'm also a software engineer looking to find a way to start a passive income stream. I developed a tool to help me find deals. Well, its working but for the best deals I need at least 100k+ for 20% down. My credit is 730+ but, itll be months before I can save that much. Does anyone know of a way to get assistance here?
