Apartments.com application problems

Hello BP,

My wife and I have recently bought a home with an ADU on the property. We are in the works to finally renting it out after a long remodel. We have a potential tenant who immediately wanted to apply, but has been telling us that apartments.com continues to give her errors and will not process. I have emailed and called apartments.com (as did my potential tenant) and has yet to give us a solution.

I did confirm she created an account through apartments, and my wife tried a test trial by applying herself and got the same error.

I’m afraid we will lose this potential tenant, who is also the only one who has tried to apply since we posted our rental.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Does anyone have recommendations on other services?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

Am I missing something? Just dump apartments.com and deal with her yourself.
