Starting Out- Looking for Advice!
Hey all, my name is Jack Storer. I'm in my mid 20s and I've been laser focused on this real-estate investing thing for a little while now. I currently rent and am looking to buy and house hack. Looking for advice on how to leverage what I am working with now.. I have money saved for a down payment, but cant seem to get much from a lender because I don't make enough income (obviously working on making more). I've listened to BP podcasts/read things geared toward someone in my situation, just thought I'd try here as well and see if I could get more perspective. Thanks!
