What to know before getting homes on contract
I've driven around and found a few homes that need TLC that are not listed on the MLS. What should one know before calling owners if they're lookin to sell and putting under contract ? I have nobody in my contacts that has big money to flip a house lol any suggestions pointers and tips ?
