Understanding investor payback
New here. I’m running heaps of numbers on properties on the mls to practice my analyzing, but my I’m trying to figure out how using investors money works exactly? If I borrow $100,000 from an investor to purchase 2-3 properties, how do you structure the pay back? Or can you just pay them more interest than they were originally earning in the bank?
