Where to find developers and custom builders
I'm a wholesaler and flipper in MD and I currently keep running into a lot of properties that have acres of land ( with a small house on it (less than 1000 sq ft). Most of these properties are in high ARV areas (500k-1M+). This leads me to think that it might be easier to sell this to a developer/custom builder or at least have one tell me what it would cost to tell me to build a new house. Can anyone connect me to these kinds of people or tell me where I can find them? Thank you in advance!
