Hello. I'm investing $12,500 in a home remodeling project in preparation for my 1st House Hack on a $150,000 townhouse. Approximately how much forced appreciation can I expect? (Hoping there'll be enough equity to pull out in a year to finance the down payment on my next house hack.)
