Hello BP members

I’m new to the real estate game in NJ, I’m looking for any advice on how to get started and anything I should be aware of specific to NJ. A little background on me I have a day job as an ER nurse, married with one kid. I’m really excited for the chapter in my life. Thank you all help!

Karim,

Welcome to the community. Like yourself, I also have a full time job and chose house hacking as an entry to REI. I parlayed that extra income with partnering on two flips and educating myself along the way. I am now actively searching for my first rental property (other than my primary). If your goals are anything like the path I took, feel free to use me as a resource.
