I'm looking for inspection advice / recommendations in Indiana
I'm looking to buy a duplex in Michigan City Indiana, is it better to have a contractor and inspector walkthrough the property? Or am I fine with just an Inspector? The property is going to need renovations eventually but not until leases are up. Can inspectors give rough estimates on repairs?
