Looking for my first investment
Hi everyone!
My husband and I are looking to invest in real estate by the end of 2022. He is a veteran and our current house is solely under his name. I have never bought a house so I believe I do qualify for an FHA loan. Do you have any advice, tips or tricks on FHA/VA loans with multifamily, land or investment property purchases? Should we just try to or have to use a conventional loan?
