Partnership agreement draft

Happy New Year all!

I'm buying my first property with a partner and was wondering if there is a draft that could be share to have a more precise idea on what to look to type up and how we can discuss it. I know I saw a post a few weeks ago that really caught my attention and had a small draft there, but unfortunately did not save the page, and can't seem to find it.

A few details... We getting a single apartment unit, splitting cost 50/50, but the loan, insurance, etc are on my name. The other person is honest and reliable, but is both of us first unit ever other than each others homes. Looking for a way to make it clear the distribution of cash flow, as much as expenses, and taxes.

I understand this can be a lot to ask, but if ya know a post relevant to this and can offer a link too it will be much appreciated.

Have a wonderful day!
