What is the best structure for asset protection and privacy? (NC)

Hello Everyone, 

I am a newbie investor based out of Raleigh, NC. I have 2 partners and we are going to be starting our real estate journey this year.

I have been researching the best org structure for doing buy and hold rentals and have come down to structures similar to the images below. Can anyone advise on if these are what other investors are doing, or if there is a tried and true best method for asset protection and privacy in NC. Thanks!
