Transferring property from personal name to LLC?
Hello all, please advise. I have a few deals that I would love to move on NOW; however, I have not yet completed the formation of my LLC with my investing partner. Do I miss out on these deals until the LLC process is complete? Or do I lock up the property in my name and then transfer it over once the LLC is officially filed? What are the potential issues I may face if going with the lock-up now transfer-later process?
