New Investor / Finding an Agent

Hi, I'm a new investor excited to buy my first deal, I plan on driving for houses or finding a good agent in my area, but im not sure in what ways i can stick out to an agent or what to offer them in turn of them helping me find a deal. Should i drive, find an agent, a wholeasler??
