Owner is an Esate what's next?
Hey Pocketers long time reader looking to make an investment this year. I was doing some back round research on what seems to be an absentee property after driving for dollars. I have found that the property is owned by the Estate of the past owner. Now I am at a lost at where to find the info of who is controlling the Estate. What is my next step, can anyone help?
