Best practice for finding zoning/STR restrictions?
New to STR and haven't decided where to buy our first property yet. We have started to narrow down a list, but we're having the hardest time combing through county and city websites to see restrictions etc.We've called and emailed into a few but it's been hit or miss.
Any best practices here?
