Interest not inclueded when using the rental calculator, WHY?
My wife and I plan on purchasing a second home/rental property in Florida in the next 3 months or so. We are from NJ, and do not want to self manage this potential property all the way from NJ. We wanted to hire a property manager but we would have to trust our realtor to guide us to good property manager. Does anyone have any thoughts on how they would manage this property?
