Looking to connect in Austin Tx
Hey everyone, I am new to the platform. I am looking to build a team for my journey in real estate investing. I am a realtor in Austin and truly motivated about real estate investing. My investment choices would be short term, multifamily, and commercial apartments. Any guidance and help on this would be greatly appreciate. 2022 time to team up and close deals!!

Hey @Richard Caldwell, welcome to BP. For your strategies, I'm sure you've already seen what some of your obstacles can be... for STR, there are many restrictions within the Austin city limits - if you're owner-occupying the property, that makes it an option for you though. As for small MFH (and even SFH for that matter), Austin's major consideration is inventory.
Any guidance/advice in particular you are looking for on these subjects?
