Troubles getting a loan and what should be my next step??????????
I am self employed, And having trouble getting a loan from the bank. Do you suggest trying to get a DSCR type of loan? Anxious to get started and waiting another 2 years for income to show to lenders, just kind of kills me. Or get a full time job to pursue my goals sooner? Also would that DSCR loan effect me getting any loans from the banks in the future? Thanks.
