Hi BP fam.  

I've been a long time listener and member of this forum from the beginning when it was launched. I had a pro account but I changed paths and started a business which delayed my ability to invest but allowed my to pursue a dream. After 3 years working with a mentor to help build their business and mine, I am finally in a position to be able to qualify for real estate. Unfortunately prices have gone up drastically over the last few years and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I have cash ready to deploy, almost zero debt, 800+ credit, and no DTI as I am currently living with my parents to improve my timelines.

I am an architectural photographer who photographs model homes for large national builders like Toll Brothers, KB Home, John Burns, Lennar, and Dr. Horton to name a few, as well as some large architecture and design firms.  I would be happy to provide photography and/or matterport services, or anything else within my capabilities.  Due to the nature of my business, I have a pretty flexible schedule and a good amount of available time. 

I would love to connect, and help in anyway I can to get more involved in the industry and exposed to more knowledge and experiences.
