Investing as a Couple
Hi BiggerPockets community! My name's Adri Christiano and my boyfriend @Austin Remus and I are just starting out with the goal to buy our first house by the end of 2022. We would appreciate any advice that you have about getting into real estate investing with a significant other that you are not married too. We've talked about how to navigate our first purchase and whether that looks like keeping our investments separate or going in on our first property together. We plan on both living in our first property but we are unsure of the technical side of buying a house together. Any guidance or connections to someone who may have been in a similar position would be very helpful in us starting our journey.
