starting out - new landlord
Hi,
I am about to purchase my first rental property in CT. I see all of these different platforms offering rental agreements for a specific state, applications, etc. Any recommendations which is the best one to select? Also, when screening potential tenants do you use a specific method/check-list that you have to make sure you are screening fairly?
