Hello all! My husband and I are newbies and we would like to start Investing in the Vegas area. My question is Do we go big or start small. Big as in Duplexes, Apartments OR Condo, SFH?

@Jennifer Farnsworth you might consider looking into one bedroom condos.  We have seen some good rent growth in the Las Vegas/Henderson market (like much of the Nation) but I believe one bedrooms offer greater upside at the moment.
