My Husband and I are rookie investors looking to start our portfolio in Duluth. We are from the Seattle area but have family in Duluth and we would love to start networking with local investors.

     Kelly, you need to meet Mike from Heirloom Property Management.  He is the most influential, experienced investor in Duluth.  He hosts a meetup and now one is more valuable to know in Duluth than Mike.
