What's a good resource that provides a Vacant list?

Hi,

I have been looking online for a vacant list. I have watched Brandon Turner driving for dollars podcast and it seems that having this makes sense before going out. Most of my searches have landed me on websites that charge for the list which is ok but I'm not sure of all the criteria I should have included in this list. Can I anyone provide some suggestions for what I should look for in a list or point me in the right direction?

If you are going to go all in on Real Estate Investing, and wholesale to build capital for buy and holds, I would get a propstream membership, it is $100/month but the data is great for anyone in real estate.

Most of the vacant lists are coming from the USPS so only companies such as propstream/listsource will have them; however, you can find them as well in regrid[.].com, I pay about $10 a month and it limits me to 50k records, good enough for my market in TX. Additionally, you can "Virtually Drive for Dollars" to find vacant properties. Look at your city's 311 service, it's public data and will have hundreds of reports such as abandoned homes, homeless activity, high grass, etc..Here's some keywords you can look for:

gutted

rotted

ABANDONDED

unoccupied

homeless

squat

mold

boarded up

prostitut

uninhabitable

disconnected

collapse

destroyed

unlivable

window broken

MISSING SIDDING

damage

very bad shape

mold OR rotten

deterior

rodent

Vacant lists by themselves are all the same. They are a list provided by the USPS of properties that have not received physical mail in >90 days. In my mind that is only helpful when you stack that with other criteria like back taxes, liens, preforeclosure, etc. I sent you a DM on Facebook with more info and some tutorials
