Tax Lien and Deed Auctions
Hello. I am exploring the route of tax liens and deed auctions (or over the counter) as a possible investment route for diversification in REI. I have heard that these forms of investment can turn a great profit; however, I'm not sure that I fully trust the source. Does anyone have experience in these areas that can shed some light here?
