How much experience should a good coach/mentor have? I am looking for a coach and i want to get in on a partnered purchase flip.

@Shelia Stokes, an experienced coach/mentor should ideally have an established business that grows and performs year after year. You also want a mentor who has had failures in the past simply because failure is one of the greatest obstacles to learn from and recognize mistakes made. If you're looking for a time label to identify a good coach/mentor, honesty, a decade or more is required, and preferably someone who has gone through the 08' financial crisis. Hope this helps!
