Newbie Long Distance Investor Looking at Florida
Hello all. I am currently a resident in New Jersey looking to invest in South Florida. I am in the process of getting a preapproval loan and wanted to obtain two others to find the best rates if anyone has someone they may recommend. I am also in search of investor friendly and experienced realtors and a property management companies with the same background. Currently, I'm interest in residential properties only that are single or multi residence and I have no experience buying a home at all. The area I am interest in is Jenson Beach to Juno Beach, Martin County, Palm Beach County area in general but am open minded and willing to take great advice from those with more experience if there are other areas to consider. I am familiar with area in general and plan to have multiple properties to replace my salary long term. This is also an area I'd like to move to eventually after getting established and becoming financially free. Thank you!

Have you considered a turn key company? I have been investing thru a turn key company and the support I receive as well as the results of the investments far exceeded my expectation. I know each TN is different but mine invest in FL as well and they already have an amazing team set up (realtor, PM, etc.). As a long distance hands off investor, using a turn key company was the best decision I made. If you want to learn more about my TK, feel free to PM.
