House Hacking and Rentals
Hi everyone! I have a question that may seem silly but I’m curious to know if I can house hack a duplex and rent out a triplex at the same time. I’m aware that I would have to put down 3.5% on the duplex since I’ll be living there but I would have to put down 20% on the triplex since I won’t be occupying any of the units. Is this possible? Can I actually house hack the duplex and rent out a triplex (or duplex) simultaneously? Thanks!
