What's Achievable for Rent in South Tremont
I am specifically referring to the area of Tremont directly north of Metro, between Scranton Rd. and 71. I'm looking in this area, and there aren't a lot of great rental comps.
What would an updated 2 bed, 1 bath unit pull? Is this significantly less than parts of Tremont that are farther north?
