New investor in Louisiana

Daniel Harris
Posted

Hello everyone. New investor here looking to network with anyone in the Louisiana market. Looking for properties from Alexandria to New Orleans and everything in between. I haven’t made my first deal yet so any advice, guidance, contractors, and wholesalers are welcomed to comment. I am an electrician with 10 years experience so I can exchange my time and skill for any advice and guidance in my investor journey. Thanks!!!

If you are a new investor looking for properties then you are the kind of person A LOT of people will be looking for. I know I work with a team in Nashville who are always looking for new investors. If you just go out on facebook or other forms of social media and put yourself out there... kind of as bait... someone will reach out to you and want to work with you if not multiple people. After that it will be up to you to vet that relationship or deal.
