Hi there, I’m new to real estate world and I do have a full time and would to try real estate as a part time and see how things goes. Im kind of nervous to make this move, I’ve been watching lots of videos to have a better understanding of this field. I just need guidance to show me the right path.

Build a strategy first! Dont blindly buy something without a full plan in place. If you spend the money without a realistic goal you can get stuck with an investment that doesnt work for your overall goal of investing... After you build a strategy, build a team, you have a full time job, that means you will not have time to operate this new business alone... dont get in your head that you have to do this alone... you can make a whole lot more money buy building a team that helps grow your investment... 1 property out of state(in a cheaper market than Virginia beach) can turn into a several home portfolio in less than a year with the right strategy, team, and will.
