can someone advise me what I should do next?

I am really excitd to be strating a new way of supporting my family. Today I went out and look for opportunity in my neighborhood. I saw 5 houses vacant and for rent sign on them, I seen an vacant house for sale and an abondant house.

Can someone advise me what I should do next?
