Looking for Financial Partnership
I am looking for a partner for Real Estate on the financing side and wanted to see how investors already in the game approach finding a quality partner. I know the forums are a good place to start but just looking for any tips about things I should try and others to avoid as well as red flags I might miss as a rookie investor when interviewing possible Finical partners.
