South Shore Massachusetts Real Estate Agent
As a new comer I would feel better having a knowledgeable Real estate agent, preferably one that specializes in Multi families, to walk me through what to look for, what to stay away from, and the basics to analyse a prospect cash flow property. It is a difficult thing to find simply because when a property sells, they get paid so any property sold is good for them.
What I am hoping is to get a recommendation because I have yet to be impressed by an agent.
