Help newbie here lost
hi guys I have a question about a song to purchase my first property like a four unit should I get an LLC and use that LLC to get a property or should I get the property under my name. because I am thinking if I get a LLC I could apply for a line of personal credit also get a loan from the bank and if the property needs to be rehab I could do that with the LLC.
