Looking to connect - Lakeland Florida

Hey BP!

As my first post I'm looking to connect with real estate professionals/investors in Lakeland, Florida. Initially I wanted to enter the Tampa market, but knowing that I want to implement BRRRR it doesn't seem like cash flow is a sensible strategy at this point in time in the Tampa market (unless I'm wrong, and please tell me if I'm wrong!). However, I've stumbled across Lakeland as a great little spot right in the middle of the Tampa/Orlando markets. I would love to:

1. Connect with anyone who's doing deals in/around Lakeland

2. Get some insight/ perspective on doing BRRRR in Lakeland
