Looking to get started in mobile home investing in the state of Georgia. I want to start in the surrounding areas of Atlanta but willing to invest anywhere in the state to find the right deal. Have questions about LLC for protection. Also have questions about steps financing mobile homes and things to check for to make sure it's a good deal.

@Trevone Williams You may want to start off by reading a few books on the subject. From there, you'll need to build a business plan on what your goals are for the business (i.e. build up cash, buy and hold for cash flow, etc). Once you have a more detailed plan, then you can start to learn your market and find areas you want to invest in. From there, it's just a matter of building relationships and creating your network while you meet with sellers and start looking at homes to buy. Figuring out the market comes with experience and time.

Hope that helps!
