First Potential Flip

Hello, 


I’ll be moving to the NJ area soon and getting ready to take my Real Estate Exam. In the meantime, I’ve been looking at properties I’d like to flip. This is a beautiful 1 bed 2 bath in NJ that I believe would be a great flip. This would be my first flip and I’d like to partner with someone who’s experienced, creative, determined, and looking to invest and flip this home with me. Or perhaps even provide some tips on what I should and shouldn’t do. Thanks!
