First time Private funding
It'sy first deal ever for private funds. I have a friend who is willing to invest in a rehab property at 14% flat returns for 6 months.
question now is: how do I get his funds and return his funds back later (Avoiding legal complexity)
option 1: he can wire those funds to me and I can have bankers check at closing
option 2: he can give me a bankers check at closing.
Option 3: any other?
