First duplex in the Lake Charles area

I am currently trying to educate myself while I save up some capital. I am aiming to be able to make a purchase of a duplex within the next two years. "The largest jump is the first jump".  I have a lot of questions. 
 
1) Do I need an LLC

2) Do I need a CPA

3) Is there a better way... Build a new duplex on a piece of land or buy an older one

4) How do I find a good contractor 

5) how do I find a good real estate agent 

6) What banks are better credit unions or big name 

7) What is an ideal ROI percentage
