I'm thinking of starting a weekly mastermind for investors considering Cleveland as a place to get started. A lot of people have the same questions and are just looking for some support as they get started. Let me know if this is of interest and we can start sharing resources, ideas, and hopefully highlight some wins.

I'm new to real estate and am willing to learn as much as possible. I haven't landed my first deal yet, but hopefully I will soon! I live in Warren, OH (near Youngstown) and would love to learn about the Cleveland area and network, so I am very much interested in this as well!

I'm looking at Thursday August 11th from 8-9pm to start this as a bi-weekly virtual (initially) event.  I've got the ball rolling on a bunch of topics and I would like to hear from you about what you want to cover.  I'm lining up SMEs to join so we can make the information as accurate and objective as possible.
