Looking for other OOS investors
Hi everyone!
I am looking to buy my first out of hopefully many multi-family properties within the somewhat near future within the 300K range. I have some experience from my home country Sweden but understand its a very different ball game here. I currently live in WA but looking to move to Tampa, FL in a year or so but believe there are better areas to invest in. Therefore, I am looking to invest out of state and I would like to find other OOS investors to share ideas.
I am a software engineer by profession and as you all know, tech can help us in many different ways. By teaming up with someone more knowledgable, I believe we could create programs that can help us search for areas, properties, help us with the due diligence process and even automate parts of is, and much more.
