Phillipsburg NJ Investing
I am looking to get into the Phillipsburg market and could use some insight. There have been previous posts regarding it but hoping for updated information. What should a first time buyer in that area look out for? I see some units that cash flow but there must be a reason. Is it because it is a C or D class neighborhood? Thanks in advance
